Gas Fired Round Pizza Peel - can be made to what ever diameter required. There are 3 different round sizes to choose from (Large Round 29cm, Medium Round 26cm or Small Round 22cm). With the gas fired pizza ovens you will generally only require the Large Round 29cm or the Medium Round 26cm paired with the Pizza Trowel to have all the toolsl required
