Similar features to the large square pizza peel, this is also a great all-rounder and can be used for pizza, bread making, moving hot roasting pans and casserole dishes in and out of the ovens. The square blade is excellent for cleaning ash off the oven floor just before placing pizzas in the oven. The trick here is a couple of gentle *Slaps* on the floor of the oven, as this will move any light ash and dust build up that has come off the fire.  The Medium square pizza peel is better suited for the medium sized pizza ovens.
